Blue Book Traineeship programme

How much will my living allowance be?

The living allowance consists of a monthly grant, which is adjusted (with correction coefficient) according to the trainee’s place of assignment during the traineeship.

Subject to budget availability and in addition to the monthly grant trainees may receive a general travel allowance (€ 275) and depending on place of assignment, some trainees may also receive:

  • a meal and public transport allowance (5% of the adjusted monthly grant)
  • an accommodation allowance (20% of the adjusted monthly grant).

Upon submission of proof of recognised disability, issued by a competent national authority, trainees with disabilities are eligible for a supplementary allowance of up to 50% of the adjusted monthly grant.
