Yes.
- After the traineeship, trainees receive an 'in-service training certificate' from the Traineeships Office. This certificate is only an administrative one, stating the name of the DG/Service/Agency the trainee was assigned to and the start and end dates.
It is sent by the Traineeships Office to the trainees about one month after the end of the traineeship period, together with a financial attestation, mentioning the amount of the grant and the deductions made for insurance.
- If trainees want a reference letter, they should contact their advisers before they leave. Generally, the adviser will complete the 'stage report' (end of in-service training report) that they have to encode in the on-line evaluation of the trainee.
This stage report is a reference document for the specific performance of each trainee. If this report cannot be prepared by the time of the trainee's departure, it must be sent by the traineeship adviser to the trainee in due course.
The stage report is not sent automatically by the Traineeships Office to the trainees.
During their traineeship, trainees can generate a traineeship attestation via their Blue Book account.
The Traineeships Office will not fill in other organisations'/companies' templates and will not provide information to third parties.
